11.1 The Employer Retirement Plan. 11.1.1 Retirement Plan. The Employer’s Retirement Plan for eligible Nurses covered by this Agreement is described herein. It is understood that the description does not purport to recite completely the coverage, eligibility requirements, carrier or other details. BENEFITS 8.1 Eligibility. All Nurses covered by this Agreement are eligible to participate in the benefit programs enumerated in this Section as the terms for the programs are set forth below, provided that the Nurse meets the eligibility requirements for each plan. The Employer may alter the criteria for eligibility provided that no Nurse who is eligible for a benefit upon the execution of this Agreement becomes ineligible because of the changes. Specific eligibility requirements for Relief Nurses are set forth in Section 14 of this Agreement. 8.2 Changes in Employer Provided Benefits. The Employer shall have the right to alter the benefits or carrier of any of the plans enumerated in this Section.
